Emre Küçük

Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2020. Began his career at a corporate law firm in Istanbul, working on advisory and litigation matters for domestic and foreign-owned companies in food, energy, construction, cosmetics and education technology.

Founded EK Hukuk in Denizli in 2025. Today he advises and represents businesses and individuals, mainly in commercial, contract and employment law, and assists foreign nationals with residence, work permit and citizenship applications.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have: contracts, correspondence, official notices, key dates. Missing documents are fine; we’ll work out what’s needed together.

Can I know the fee in advance?

Yes. Once the scope is clear, we share the fee and how it is calculated in writing, in line with the Bar’s minimum fee schedule.

Will our conversations stay confidential?

Yes. Lawyers are legally bound to keep confidential everything they learn in the course of their work.

How long will it take?

It depends on the matter and the other party. We outline an estimated timeframe at the first meeting and update it together as things progress.

Can we work in English?

Yes, we can communicate in English. Petitions and official documents are prepared in Turkish; where needed, we work with a sworn translator.
